Our Work Together

Learn how clients are thriving

Create a foundation for confidence and joy, whether you are looking to reinvent yourself professionally, understand & alleviate anxiety, or improve your relationships. We embark on a Co-Creation Journey to help you identify blocks, embrace clarity, and realize your objectives.

Along this Journey, growth & transformation takes place across 4 stages:
1
Awareness
Increase self-awareness and deepen your understanding of innate behaviors & beliefs
2
Acceptance
Acknowledge what surfaces from your awareness, gaining clarity for your path forward
3
Action / Non-Action
Discern the actions to take (or not to take) that best help you realize your objectives
4
Alignment
Flow throughout your Journey, in that sweet-spot of alignment with your authentic self

1
Awareness
Why is Awareness the first stage?
Awareness is the catalyst for transformation… and it is different from Information
Without Awareness, transformation is limited. For example, many people have a wealth of “Information” regarding healthy habits, what career to pursue, effective communication, and how to handle anxiety. However, “Information” on its own can be ineffective because: 1) It may come from external sources that clutter your mind and time, concealing your authentic self (even from yourself) and prompting you to do things because you “should”;  2) And it does not get to the heart of who you are – uniquely and as a whole person – to understand what is required for growth & transformation.
Awareness, on the other hand, occurs when you surface the sources for – and therefore gain a deeper understanding of – your current behaviors & beliefs, clear what’s cluttering  your true self and highest good, and shift perspective & actions to promote growth.
Within your unique integrative program, Reiki and other Energy Medicine approaches help surface and address what is stored in your mind & body at a cellular level, increasing Awareness to move forward with your objectives with ease, conviction, and authenticity
2
Acceptance
What is meant by Acceptance?
Acceptance lays the foundation for your vision, addressing any  paralyzing or obstructive fear — without it, it’s like building a house on toothpicks
Acceptance is a critical part of the Journey, and it encompasses several aspects. Acceptance of the Self: fully embracing who you are. Acceptance of what surfaced from your Awareness: acknowledging the beliefs, behaviors, and circumstances that entail your existing reality. Acceptance of what is needed for Growth: understanding what you may need to add, subtract, or pivot towards in your life. Acceptance of Change: being ready and willing to move forward.
Through Acceptance, you create intentions and visualize your objectives, embracing your new reality as though you were already in that new state of being, career, or relationship. Accept and see yourself in your new reality, now. Choose a new narrative that is centered around abundance, instead of what is lacking, to manifest this reality. Everything is Energy, and where your attention goes, Energy flows. Your words, intentions, thoughts, emotions, and visualizations are more powerful than you can imagine.
Together we will work through reasons holding you back from Acceptance, many of which are rooted in conscious or subconscious fear
3
Action / Non-Action
Why both Action and Non-Action?
The Actions we don’t take are just as important, if not more important, than the ones we do
In our world of go-go-go, it seems as though life can be full of nothing but Action. But are they the right ones for you? Are they all essential? Do they help or hinder in achieving your vision? In truly releasing anxiety? What’s it all for anyway?
As you surface the “Why” through Awareness & Acceptance, the “What” and “How” of creating your new reality is when you spring into Action (or Non-Action) to manifest your objectives. Doing either 1) too much or 2) what does not serve your highest good can have marginal diminishing returns. Discern which Actions (and how they are done) are actually important, and within those, what is actually urgent. Through Awareness and Acceptance, you have created the filter for how to live authentically. One of the biggest regrets of the dying is not having been true to themselves. The right Action and Non-Action will lead to Alignment.
Align with your truth, manifesting your objectives through conscious Action and Non-Action
4
Alignment
How is Alignment defined?
Alignment is a way of life, and not the “destination” or the end of the Journey
It entails both internal and external harmony that is a state of being. When in Alignment internally, you live with Awareness, Acceptance, and conscious Action & Non-Action, and therefore, you live in your truth. While in this state, you flow faster and with more ease through troubling or confusing circumstances. You are not easily or prolongingly taken “off balance.” As a result, your Energy systems do not experience as many or as major blocks, and you can release them more easily. Your mind, body, and spirit are in coherence, and consequently, you are also in Alignment with your external world.
You understand that the past does not have a hold on you, and that the future is filled with infinite possibilities. These possibilities are yours to manifest. And through this ease and harmony, you begin to be a light for others. You raise your vibration, and ultimately, the world’s.
